The Prompt
You are writing a service proposal on behalf of [Your Name], owner of [Business Name], a [type of service business, e.g., "freelance brand design studio" or "residential cleaning company"]. Use the following rate card to select and price the appropriate services: [PASTE YOUR FULL RATE CARD HERE] Using the call notes below, write a complete client proposal. The proposal must include these sections in this order: 1. Cover summary — 2–3 sentences that reflect back the client's stated problem and position our solution specifically against it. Do not write generic marketing language. 2. Scope of work — bullet list of exactly what we will do, using service names from the rate card only. 3. Deliverables — what the client receives at the end, formatted as a numbered list. 4. Timeline — based on the call notes; if timeline is "not stated," write "We can discuss a start date and schedule on your confirmation call." 5. Investment — a pricing table using the services and rates from the rate card. If the client gave a budget signal, note whether this scope fits within it or flag the gap plainly. 6. Terms — two to three sentences covering payment schedule, revision policy, and what happens if scope changes. Use [YOUR STANDARD TERMS HERE] as the basis. 7. Next step — one sentence telling the client exactly what to do to move forward (e.g., "Reply to this email to confirm and I'll send a contract within 24 hours"). Tone: professional and direct. No filler phrases. No vague promises. Write as if [Your Name] wrote this personally. Call notes: - Client name and company: [FILL IN] - Problem they described: [FILL IN] - Services discussed: [FILL IN] - Budget signal: [FILL IN] - Timeline: [FILL IN]

Rewrite a Sales Objection Response to Sound Empathetic
Use this prompt after reviewing the draft script and noticing that specific sections feel off in tone. Adapt it by swapping in the actual section or objection you want refined — this example targets a pricing objection that comes across as defensive rather than empathetic.
Build a Team Sales Script from Call Patterns
Run this prompt immediately after the pattern-extraction prompt, in the same conversation. It converts the identified patterns into a structured, table-format script that team members can scan and use mid-call without sales training.
Extract Sales Patterns from Call Transcripts
Use this prompt after pasting one or more transcripts from your best closed-won sales calls. It sets the AI up to analyze patterns across calls rather than just summarize them, surfacing the exact language and turning points that made each call successful.
Fix Unclear Task Names in AI Digest Output
Add this line to your weekly digest prompt when your task data includes internal shorthand, ticket IDs, or abbreviations that the AI may misread or misrepresent in the output.
